Click & Collect Service

Our Click & Collect service is a convenient, and cost-effective option for customers who purchase online and would like to pick-up their goods in person at a convenient time.
We'll send you an email when you order is ready to be picked up. Available in all Landmark Computers stores.

Please do not come into the store to collect your items until you have received an email or a phone call from us advising that your order is ready for Pick up.

How much does it cost?
Our pick-up in store service is 100% free - simply pay the purchase price of your goods.


How do I know when the order is ready to pick up?
We will send you an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.


What do I need to bring to collect my order?
You will need to present your 'Ready for collection' email, along with photo ID (current Australian driver's licence or passport) matching the person's details as listed on the confirmation email.


How long will it take to be ready for in-store collection?
We aim to prepare all Click & Collect orders as fast as possible, but please do not come into store until you have received an email saying it's ready for collection. If you are ordering after 5pm or on a weekend/public holiday, you order will not be processed by our system until the next working day.


How long do I have to collect my order?
Please collect your order within 10 days. If you need additional time please reach out to our Customer Service Team. Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded.


What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, or need to change any part of your order, please contact Customer Service Team ASAP.


Can I split my order between Click & Collect and Delivery?
No, we do not split orders at this stage.
