Last cut off dispatch date for the year: Thursday, December 22nd.
Please note that our inventory team will be taking a well-deserved break, and order dispatch will not be made on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, as well as January 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Any deliveries still in transit during this time will operate according to respective courier schedules.
Delivery delays to WA (current - updated December 7th)
Due to recent flooding and damage to one of rail links caused by a recent derailment there are delays of up to 1 week in deliveries to Perth and WA. For urgent deliveries please speak to our team about express and premium services which are not impacted. AustraliaPost has now restarted eParcel service and StarTrack has restarted it's road side express service.

Delivery
At Landmark Computers we deliver Australia wide.
For speedy and reliable delivery we are using the services of StarTrack, Australia Post, CouriersPlease as well as local couriers* (*local couriers are only available within Melbourne).
To calculate delivery cost, simply click on freight calculator icon on any product page or in the shopping cart and enter your post code. If you are buying more than one item, add all items to the cart and you will be able to view delivery charges in the checkout (before you buy).
Delivery cost is calculated on a per item or per kg basis, and is based on the shipping method you select (standard, or express), as well as your location.
Due to COVID-19 our couriers may be experiencing delays in deliveries.
Tracking
Once you order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 24hours from dispatch for tracking information to show up on AusPost & StarTrack.
Pick-ups
You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick up from the designated branch.
You will need to bring some photo ID as well as proof of purchase at the point of collection - please let us know beforehand if you wish to delay pickup or designate another person to pick-up on your behalf.
Please be aware of possible delays to pick-up, usually 1-2 days, if items are to be transferred from another branch.
