The D-Link DEM-410T 10GBASE-T Copper SFP+ Transceiver Module is a hot-swappable SFP (Small Form-Factor Pluggable) transceiver that plugs into standard SFP slots on switches and supports 10-Gigabit Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet. The DEM-410T offers a wide variety of connectivity options for data centers, enterprise wiring closets, and service provider transport applications. The DEM-410T is an external transceiver designed for insertion into SFP+ slots of network devices for transmission and reception of data signals from fiber ports. These transceivers provide 10-Gigabit over CAT6A (or better) up to 30m. They also support 1-Gigabit speeds over CAT-5e (or better) up to 100m.
