I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Landmark computers.
During this covid-19 pandemic they were the only store I could find with a 24 inch monitor in stock which was very reasonably priced.
I called their friendly customer service team who confirmed the stock was available and estimated 2-3 days delivery, which was more than reasonable.
I was very surprised that not even 4 hours after placing my order, the monitor was at my door - just in time for my partner's birthday tomorrow!
Incredible service and would hihgly recommend!

Simon fixed the black screen of death on my laptop within 24 hours, when other repairers (the ones that come to you!) had said repair was almost impossible and would cost a lot. I couldn't be happier with Simon and his service, and would recommend him to anyone.

I would like to compliment your company on the way you conduct your business.
Having tried unsuccessfully to try and obtain a 2 PC to 1 printer switch locally, I found your company on the internet,and having some prior problems dealing with interstate companies, I was hesitant to make inquiries about ordering the switch shown on your website.
Well what a surprise, phoning Friday last, I was greeted with a very personable young lady on your switchboard,quickly transfered to sales,where I spoke with Wade,knew exactly what I was after, & placed my order. Wade was extremely professional,and although I requested the items to be posted,he found this not a problem.
Today I received a phone call from Wade advising the goods would be available to collect at my Post Office.
Let me say,that for over 35 years I was a National Service Manager for one of the largest companies in Australia,and this type of sevice was what I strived to offer my customers,no matter how small the order/request was.(I am now semi-retired)

I would like to thank the staff at your Box Hill store. I have been a customer for many years now and I have always found your staff very helpful when I have bought a new computer or required service.
I had a fault on my computer which required a new hard drive, all my data files were transferred to the new drive and the job was done quickly. After I loaded Windows Home and Office I found the Spell check in my Email only work in French and English and was not working correctly brought the computer to your store this morning seeking help. The technician who installed the new drive found the problem and corrected it by loading Windows Mail in place of the old Microsoft Outlook Express. Outlook express was not compatible with Office and Home 2007. I would like to say thank you to the 2 members of your staff who corrected my problem. Particularly the technician who work out where the problem was and told me what options were open to me and then proceeded to fix it.

Following from your phone call yesterday, the new HP ProBook 6570b that you supplied us recently is now working with wireless broadband after HP Service Agents replaced the motherboard, it must have been the on-board SIM socket that was causing the problem!
Although I realise that Landmark are simply the supplier of the notebook and you have acted efficiently and in good faith, I have not been able to authorise your payment until I have received a fully functional product as ordered.
Since the repairs to the laptop have now been effective, I have processed your payment and am now personally expediting it through our system, anticipating that the payment will be in your account tomorrow.
I value the efficient service that you and Landmark have provided the Broome Port Authority so far, and do not want this incident to tarnish our relationship, good service is hard to find these days, particularly in remote areas.

The PC and dock arrived yesterday afternoon and I just wanted to thank you for expediting the order and prompt shipping. It is very much appreciated.
I unpacked the 8770w and set it up here on my desk last night. (Actually I went to the Bruce Springsteen concert in Adelaide and came back into the office late at night to set it up after the show)
To say that the PC has blown me away is an absolute understatement. It is a TOTAL dream machine.
It fires up in under 10 seconds and while I saw some reviews of it in You Tube (circa early 2013) that had a minor complaint about no backlit keyboard. I was stunned to see that this version of the PC even has that. They must have added the backlighting late in the product life cycle. (I won't even go near how beautiful the screen is!.....Whewww!)

I have only been since recently in Australia and unfortunately so far I made bad experiences when ordering from IT online stores here.
I also want to point out that I am positively surprised that you have all the needed information on orders (order/invoice documents and tracking no.) available online on my customer account.
This is a pretty standard feature in Europe, but seems not to be the standard in Australia from my experiences so far.
The only suggestion I have for a possible future enhancemet on your online ordering system: It would be great, if the order and invoice would be available directly as proper PDF documents for downloading.
