The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect Smart Sensor is a security camera sensor that is part of the UniFi Protect ecosystem. It is designed for use with the UniFi Protect NVR (Network Video Recorder) and the UniFi Protect mobile app. The Smart Sensor captures 1080p HD video with a 120-degree field of view and has built-in infrared night vision. It also has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication. The sensor can be powered by either PoE (Power over Ethernet) or via a USB-C connection. The Smart Sensor can be integrated with other UniFi Protect devices for a complete home or office surveillance system. The UniFi Protect app allows you to access live and recorded video and receive motion or sound alerts.
